Ina-Garten

Ina Garten is a well-known American cookery book author and Emmy Award-winning host on Food Networks current oldest show Barefoot Contessa which began in 2002 and has aired up to 2020 in 27 seasons. Ina began her writing career by with nuclear energy policy and budgets for the White House. While she found it interesting initially, she eventually dropped interest and bought a tiny specialty store called Barefoot Contessa. After nearly 18 years of making the business a massive success, she decided to sell it and started writing her first book. Then, a number of cookbooks were published and she also contributed to magazine articles. In the meantime, her Food Network show was also successful. She sells many items, from the ingredients needed for food preparation to kitchenware, storage and even cooking equipment. Ina she has not attended any cookery schools or had a job in a restaurant. She has a complete self-taught. Ina is known for her relaxed style of making food and hosting. Her most well-known dishes include Skillet roasted lemon chicken Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & cheese Beef Bourguignon. Balsamic-roasted Brussels Sprouts, Lemon Bars as well as Mac and cheese.
